Last updated Tristan had a strong finish in the WSK Euro series in Belgium.  Upon his return Tristan competed and won both finals at the competitive Pan Am Rotax series in New Castle, IN.   Soon after, Tristan headed back overseas only to have a tough outing at the first round of the WSK World Series race in Algarve Portugal. 

 

Tristan will now be back behind the wheel again for the second round of the WSK World Series in New Jersey.  “I like the New Jersey track having raced there last year in KF3,” expressed DeGrand.  “I want to get a good result against the best from Europe on home ground.” 

 

For the upcoming event Tristan will work alongside both J3 Competition and Ward Racing.  “I’m extra confident having both teams working together under the same tent.  I will be racing the Kosmic Kart with help from both J3 and Ward Racing.”  

 

Official event practice starts this coming Thursday with qualifying on Friday, heat races on Saturday and the Finals on Sunday.  Stay tuned to www.wskarting.com and www.tristandegrand.com for live timing, news, photos and complete results.
