Oct 30th- Nov. 1st Sebring, FL.; Tristan graduated from the Skip Barber 3-day racing school this past weekend at Sebring International Raceway. The famous track once an airport runway during World War II was the site of the school located 90 miles south of Orlando. Courtesy of winning the 2009 Florida winter tour championship, and three years prior to legally acquiring a drivers license, Tristan was not only driving but at speeds of 120mph.
Eight drivers including Tristan completed the formula car school. The majority of the three days including Halloween were spent driving the 150 horse powered five-speed gearbox cars. The remainder of eight to five days was spent in a class room setting. “That was a blast! I’m really looking forward to getting back into one of these cars and learning even more about them. “Tristan concludes. The experience of the instructors organized a well thought-out program for the drivers. Each logical step setup the drivers for success during the program.
